Why "White Mouse Studio"?
White is the blank canvas where every idea begins. Mouse is the character of the studio — intelligent, resourceful, always delivering.
Every great product starts the same way — as an idea on a blank page. A brand energy not yet translated into something physical. A vision of what your team should look like, what your customers should feel when they hold your product, what your identity should say when it is stitched into a garment.

The problem we solve
Most custom merchandise studios do not design — they source. They take your logo, find a factory, and hope the output matches the brief. Between that hope and your finished product, your brand identity gets lost in translation.
A vague design file reaches a factory. The factory makes what it thinks you mean. The sample arrives close — but close is not right. The bulk arrives even further from what you imagined. Somewhere between your vision and the finished product, your DNA got replaced with someone else's interpretation.
White Mouse Studio exists to close that gap. We are a design studio with full manufacturing execution capability — not a sourcing agent, not a factory middleman, not a print-on-demand platform.
We translate your brand's identity into precise, unambiguous technical specifications before a single stitch is sewn. Your colour is defined to a Pantone reference. Your logo placement is measured in millimetres. Your fabric is documented and agreed. JOANNE — FOUNDER
Joanne is the founder of White Mouse Studio and the architect of everything the studio stands for. With more than a decade embedded in China's garment and merchandise manufacturing ecosystem, she has managed the full product lifecycle for international brands and major Chinese corporations — from IP creation and trademark registration through to factory-floor quality control and international logistics.
White Mouse Studio is built as a studio, not a solo operation. Joanne leads a team of specialists in design, production management, quality assurance and logistics — each contributing the expertise their discipline demands.
