01 Orders and minimums

What is your minimum order?

None. Start at any quantity and split it across styles, colours and sizes however the project needs.

We are one club or one outlet. Can we still work with you?

Yes — there is no minimum. Ordering one design together with your association or group can take it to 3,000 pieces, where its design and sample fees are credited back.

Can we re-order later?

Yes. We keep the approved sample, the design kit and your fabric and detail choices, so a re-order matches the first run. A re-order is a new project with its own quotation.

02 Design and materials

What do we receive at the end of the design stage?

The design kit: your chosen designs, set out in full and approved by you in writing before anything is cut.

Can we choose our own fabric and details?

Yes. We present a shortlist of fabrics in different materials and weights, and you choose. Details such as pockets and waist drawcords are yours to decide too, and your choices are confirmed in writing.

03 Fees and payment

What do design and sampling cost?

Design SGD 1,500 per design (1 round of 5 options, then 3 rounds of 3). Sampling SGD 480 per design, covering prototype, fine-tuning sample and pre-production sample, with delivery.

When are those fees credited back?

When a design you take into production reaches 3,000 pieces, its design and sample fees are deducted from your production total before the 50% deposit and 50% balance are worked out. The 3,000 counts every colour and size of that one design together — one design in six sizes of 500 each qualifies; two designs of 1,500 each do not. For a design below 3,000 pieces they are not refundable.

What is not credited?

Extra design rounds (SGD 300 each) and additional samples beyond the three included (SGD 150 each).

How do we pay?

Step by step. The design fee is paid before design starts, and the sample fee before sampling starts. When you approve the pre-production sample and sign the contract, we add up the goods, deduct any fee credits, and you pay 50% of that total as a deposit; the other 50% is paid before the goods are released. By bank transfer in SGD or USD.

Do you charge GST?

No. White Mouse Studio is not GST-registered.

04 Production and quality

How long does a project take?

Design takes about 6–8 weeks for the four rounds: we present each round within 7 working days of your feedback. Sampling takes three rounds of about 14 days each. Production takes 45–60 days from receipt of your deposit. You get a dated plan at the brief.

How do you control quality?

The pre-production sample you approve in writing becomes the standard. Bulk is inspected against it before release. For an independent check, we can arrange an accredited third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or TÜV) for SGD 700 - 1,400, depending on the firm, paid by you before booking.

What if the delivered quantity is slightly different?

Quantities may vary by ±3% per line; the balance invoice reflects what actually shipped.

05 Shipping

Do you deliver to our door?

We hand the goods to your freight forwarder at the port in China (FOB). Freight, insurance and import duties are arranged by you or your forwarder. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list.

Can you ship worldwide?

Yes — your forwarder can take the goods anywhere.

06 Design and ownership

Who owns the designs?

You do. The rights in your approved design pass to you once every invoice is paid, including when its fees are credited back at 3,000 pieces. The design is yours alone: we never use it, or anything like it, for another client. We keep the production side (patterns, grading and factory setup), which is how your re-order matches your first run. Your logos and brand always stay yours; you
must hold the rights to any you give us.

Can we use the design options we did not choose?

No. Unselected options, drafts and working files stay with us, and cannot be used or produced elsewhere without our written license.

Can you show our project in your portfolio?

We may show the design and photos of the finished goods after you have released them publicly, unless you tell us in writing before release that the project is confidential.
