White Mouse Studio designs in Singapore and manufactures in China and South East Asia, delivering worldwide.

Production & FOB

Production is quoted on an FOB (Free On Board) basis by default. Freight, insurance, import duties and taxes beyond the FOB point are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Production typically takes 45–60 days; we follow up around day 30 for your consignee details.

Estimates are express-courier transit from dispatch, after about 14 business days of sample production. They exclude customs clearance and vary by courier and destination.

We do not deliver to certain countries — including restricted or sanctioned destinations and locations where courier service is unavailable. Please check with us before ordering.
